Wakefield Hockey Club has been a centre for hockey for over half a century, producing some of the country's most talented players at league, county and national levels. We have recently attained the status of Yorkshire Regional Hockey Academy - one of only 10 centres in the country.

Over a million pounds has been invested, providing a superb water-based pitch and associated facilities, enabling players of all ages, and especially juniors, to develop their game on a world class surface.
