In the background, our Club Chairman David Willoughby has been working hard to gain ClubMark status for Wakefield Hockey Club. England Hockey ClubMark is designed to set a minimum operating standard for clubs to achieve and ensure that the appropriate risk assessments, policies and procedures are in place. It is a tool for clubs to check that they have the basics in place. England Hockey have said that we do and after a lengthy process we have achieved ClubMark status.
