Helen (aka Grandma) was asked to manage the Czech masters team at the World Cup currently held in Nottingham 11th to 21st Aug. For their Women's over 40 team.

'They've never been to any event like this before so are an unknown quantity. We've played 3 games so far - 2 draws against Spain and Ireland (both of which they deserved to win) and a victory against Argentina. 3 more group games to play against Chile, France and Wales before a playoff game for final standings on Sunday.'

Helen is a great ambassador for the club and a wonderful example why volunteering in what ever way has it's own rewards.
